How many sessions will I need?

Hair grows in different stages: anagen (active), catagen (transitional), and telogen (resting). Laser hair removal is only effective on hair in the active growth phase. Because of this natural cycle, multiple sessions (typically 4 to 6) are required to capture all hairs in their active phase and achieve complete, permanent reduction.

Does laser hair removal hurt?

Most patients describe the sensation as a quick "snap" or light rubber band flick. However, our DiolazeXL system is specifically praised in the industry for its powerful 3D sapphire cooling tip, which keeps the skin cool and comfortable before, during, and after every pulse of the laser.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

You must shave the treatment area 24 hours prior to your appointment (no waxing, plucking, or epilating for 4 weeks before, as the laser needs the hair root intact). Please also avoid tanning beds, self-tanners, and direct sun exposure on the treatment area for at least 2 weeks before your session.

Is there any downtime?

There is zero downtime! You can return to your normal daily activities immediately. You may experience some mild redness or a "goosebump" appearance around the hair follicles, which usually subsides within a few hours.
