48-Hour Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Opal Day + Med Spa in Stuart, FL, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure you receive the highest level of personalized care and attention. Out of respect for our providers and guests, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations or missed appointments within the 48-hour window are subject to the full service fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file. For all injectable appointments, a $100 fee will be automatically applied in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
We truly appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to continue delivering an elevated med-spa experience and ensures appointment availability for all guests.
